What images should I include in my product gallery for original paintings?
Include a front shot of the original as your main image. Then add 3-5 detail shots: close-ups showing texture if your piece has it, a shot of the frame if it’s framed, the backing to show it’s ready to hang, or any other details that help buyers make a decision. Don’t upload 15 images—keep it focused on what matters. Later, add a 30-second video where you walk around the piece and maybe add brief commentary. This brings buyers closer to the work and helps them understand what they’re getting, especially important for originals where they can’t see the piece in person before buying.
