What are the essential payment and order fulfillment capabilities I need before Q4?

Ideally, you should have your art on a website that can take payment and fulfill orders. At minimum, you absolutely must be able to accept credit card payments. If setting up full e-commerce feels too daunting right now, you at least need credit card processing capability, and if not that, then PayPal and Venmo at the very least. You cannot be a cash-and-check-only business in today’s market. Get these payment systems sorted out ahead of time so you can actually take and fulfill orders when buyers are ready to purchase. Being able to accept payment easily is a fundamental requirement for having a successful Q4.
