Should I wait until my website is absolutely perfect with every image and detail before launching?

No. The thought process that you need to launch perfectly is fundamentally flawed. Nobody is hanging off every word or price you put out there. The market doesn’t care about minor imperfections, and you don’t have enough traffic and eyeballs yet anyway. The best thing you can do is start moving and get to market. Ship it. Execute and get your website live, then let the market tell you what needs improvement.
