Isn't managing another website just one more thing to deal with when I'd rather be creating?
That’s exactly the point—you shouldn’t be managing websites, learning CSS, HTML, dealing with hosting, or wearing that technical hat at all. Modern solutions should build and manage everything for you. You should just email someone with changes you want and they handle it. You can still have control if you want to do something yourself, but the technical burden should be completely removed. As a solopreneur wearing every hat, website management is one hat nobody needs to be wearing. Your time is valuable for exactly two things: creating your art and marketing your art. Everything else is a distraction. The goal is to strip away as much technical busy-work as possible so you can focus on the only activities that actually grow your business.
