I have two websites—a portfolio site and a separate shop site. Should I consolidate them or change which one is my primary domain?

Keep both if the portfolio site has value to you, but make its purpose crystal clear. Right now, it looks like a shopping site, which creates confusion. Redesign it so visitors immediately understand it’s a portfolio, not a shop. Add prominent, repeated ‘Shop Online’ or ‘Shop My Art’ buttons throughout the portfolio site that link to your actual shop. Highlight the shop button with a contrasting color or background so it stands out. Remove or downplay anything that looks like you’re selling on the portfolio site itself. On social media and in promotions, only share the shop link—use the portfolio link only when someone specifically asks to see your body of work (e.g., a gallery inquiry). The shop site should be your main public presence.
