How should I present original paintings on my website?

Give originals their own dedicated staging environment—like a spotlight on the rock star. Upload multiple additional images showing details, craftsmanship, close-ups of texture (like brushstrokes if it’s an oil painting), whether it’s framed, even a short video if you want. Include a thoughtful description so people can take time to absorb it and understand what went into creating that original piece. When an original sells, keep it on the site with a ‘sold’ badge gallery-style. This builds credibility because the next collector sees that you’re actually selling work, which creates urgency and trust.
