How many images should I have on my website—is 800-900 too many?
The total number of images doesn’t matter as long as they’re well-organized into clear categories and your website is easy to navigate. Having hundreds of products is fine. What matters more is that you can’t have products with generic titles like ‘Paragraph Text 17’ or ‘Rough Stacks 16.’ Every piece needs a real, descriptive product name. If your work is well-categorized and visitors can easily find what they’re looking for, having a large inventory is actually an advantage—it gives buyers more options and shows the breadth of your work.
