Where should I position my face in a green screen video—bottom left or bottom right—from a psychological standpoint?

It depends entirely on where the focal point of your background artwork is located. Position yourself opposite the main subject so you can point to it and direct viewer attention. If the focal point is in the top right of your artwork, place yourself in the bottom left. If it’s top left, position yourself bottom right. The goal of green screen is to let you gesture toward and explain specific elements of your work without blocking what you want people to see. Always position yourself where you won’t cover the important parts of the background image.
