What keywords should I use to find my target audience on social media when I paint landscapes or specific subjects?

Use three to five keywords that describe your work from a viewer’s perspective, not an artist’s. Think about location (the actual place or region), subject matter (botanical, architecture, church, lake), emotional tone (moody, nostalgic), and cultural connections (if you paint a South American bird, target South American communities). For landscapes, search for the place name plus related community groups—if you painted Lake Minnesota, search for Lake Minnesota communities, local groups, even regional sports teams. Look for people who have an emotional connection to what you’ve painted. The goal is to find people who would personally relate to the visual you’re offering.
