Should I respond to every comment on my posts, including negative ones?

No. Despite outdated advice online that says you should respond to every comment, the reality for professionals is different. If a comment is rude or negative, delete it and ban that person. Do not respond. You’re under no obligation to engage with negativity. Only respond to genuine, constructive engagement. Trolls bring nothing of value, so remove them from your ecosystem entirely.
