I'm using a marketing automation tool to post to social media and email. Can it post to a creator account, or does it only work with business accounts?

Most marketing automation tools only integrate with business accounts, not creator accounts. If you switch to a creator account, the automation tool will stop working, and you’ll need to download and post content manually. The whole purpose of automation is to reduce your workload, so switching defeats that benefit. Stick with a business account if you’re using automation.
