I can't find music options when creating reels on my computer. What am I doing wrong?

You cannot create Instagram reels on your computer—reels must be created on your phone using the Instagram mobile app. On the phone app, after selecting your clips and tapping Next, you’ll see music options. You can select a song at that stage or add it later in the editing screen via the ‘Add Song’ button. The music library and reel creation tools are only available in the mobile app.
