How should I structure a simple Instagram Reel showing my creative process?

Start with several very short clips (around one second each) of yourself in the act of creating — painting, photographing, sculpting, or whatever your practice involves. Use different angles and positions. Begin with text that creates curiosity, like ‘What happens after [your specific activity]’ — for example, ‘What happens after several uncomfortable positions’ or ‘What happens after standing one hour waiting for the Milky Way.’ This open-ended hook makes viewers want to see the result. After these action clips, transition (ideally when the music changes) to showing the final results: multiple finished images or artworks, each displayed for less than a second (around 0.8 seconds works well). Keep the total Reel around 20-30 seconds. You can adapt this formula to any art form — the key is showing authentic work process followed by beautiful results.
