How often should I do live shows or flash sales?

The future of selling art isn’t about one big, heavily planned show per quarter or month—it’s about doing thousands of small ones. Each live session is practice. You’re learning to sell, merchandise, handle tech issues, think on your feet, build your following, and create content. Even if a particular session doesn’t result in sales, you gain practice, create content for your email list and social feeds, and train your audience to pay attention when you go live (like Pavlov’s dogs—they learn that when you go live, there might be a great deal). The more often you go live, the more lines you have in the water.
