How important are Instagram Stories when I've just gained a lot of new followers?

Stories are a must right now when you have new followers. As soon as someone follows you, if you post a story, that story comes all the way to the front of their stories lineup because Instagram assumes they just generated interest in you. Having active stories every single day is critical when you have fresh follower growth. Don’t overthink stories - keep them super simple. Just post a photo, a quick selfie with your camera, a sunset view, or a 5-second panning video with a nice song. The goal is consistency, not perfection. Do something that doesn’t burn you out.
