How do I share a link to my Instagram post or carousel in a chat or email?

When viewing your post on Instagram through a computer, tablet, or phone browser (not the app), look at the address bar at the top of your screen—that’s the URL for your post. Click or tap on that address bar, select the entire link, copy it, and paste it wherever you want to share it (chat, email, document, etc.). On mobile devices using the Instagram app, you can tap the three dots on your post and select ‘Copy Link’ from the menu.
