How do I repost an Instagram Live video that's longer than 30 minutes?

Instagram changed how this works. You can no longer directly repost Lives longer than 30 minutes. Instead, go to your profile, tap the menu (three lines), select Archive, then switch from Stories Archive to Live Archive. Find your Live video and download it to your phone. Then upload it as a regular video post. Even though it’s longer than the typical video length, it will appear in your Reels tab because that’s the only tab that supports video format. Note that Live videos only stay in your archive for 30 days, so download anything you want to keep before that window closes.
