How do I create a green screen video on Instagram Reels?

Open Instagram and tap the plus icon, then select Reels. Open the camera, then tap the Effects button (the sparkle/star icon). Search for ‘green screen’ in the effects search bar. Select the green screen effect, then tap the square tiles (not the round camera options) to open your phone’s photo library. Select the image you want as your background and tap next. Now when you position yourself in front of the camera, you’ll appear in front of that background image. Make sure your front-facing camera is selected so you appear in the frame. Press the record button to capture your video (you may need to enable hands-free mode if you don’t want to hold the button).
