How do I balance creating both short-form and long-form video content?

Don’t think of it as binary—use both formats working together. Think of short-form content as trailers to the movie. Create longer, in-depth videos explaining your work and process, then cut those into multiple short clips that link back to the full video. This approach serves different audience preferences: some people want quick hits, others want deep dives. One piece of long-form content can provide 20 or more short-form pieces. Both are important and play different roles in reaching and engaging your audience. Ask your audience what they want to see—they’ll often tell you they appreciate the longer, story-rich content.
