How can I improve a reel that shows my art process but isn't getting views?

Add a video hook at the beginning showing you as the artist — even just painting or holding your tools, without saying anything. Then go into your process slideshow. A human element at the start grabs attention better than jumping straight to the art. Also, keep text white with a black border so it’s easily readable against any background color, rather than using colored text that might be hard to see. The content and process footage itself can be great, but the hook determines whether people will stop scrolling and watch.
