As a European artist, the marketing language that works in America feels very harsh and commercial to me. Should marketing be adjusted for different cultural contexts?

While you can tune and dial down language if needed, don’t make this a priority early on. You’ve got 99 problems bigger than cultural language differences. The most important thing is consistency—automated tools will keep you posting more than you have in the last 5 years. Let those tools do their work (and delete any individual post you really don’t like). Focus your personal energy on posting content where people can get to know YOU as a person. That’s the perfect balance: let automation handle consistency while you add the personal storytelling on top. The cultural language nuance is small compared to the problem of not being consistent or not sharing your personal story.
