When should I prioritize having a video conversation with a website visitor?
If someone is actively browsing your website and appears interested—especially if you sell pieces over $500-$1000—there is no higher return on your time than engaging with them immediately. Don’t work on an email, don’t work on a social post. Someone is in your store right now. Go talk to them. For higher-priced work, a direct conversation is exponentially more valuable than any other activity you could be doing at that moment. This is especially true when you’re not overwhelmed with volume and actually have the capacity for these conversations.
