What should I do if I create original paintings—do I still need samples of prints?

If you create originals, you already have samples of your work—use them. Start merchandising your originals by showing details: the texture, the brushstrokes, how you signed it, the edges, the framing recommendations. If you also offer prints, get samples of those media types as well. The principle is the same: show the actual product in detail so buyers understand exactly what they’re getting.
