What is the definition of a 'new customer' for an artist's business?
A new customer is defined as somebody who purchases something from you, regardless of the purchase value. It can be $5 or $500 - the amount doesn’t matter. What matters is that you retain their contact information so you can market to them in the future. The specific product they purchase doesn’t matter either, as long as you can continue the relationship through marketing.
