What if I run a flash sale and no one buys anything?
If your flash sale doesn’t result in immediate sales, you still win in multiple ways. First, you got practice at going live, selling, and merchandising. Second, you created content—you can send the video out in an email, post it to your feed, and add it to your story. Third, you’re training your audience. Even if they missed this sale, they’ll see the email or post afterward and experience FOMO (fear of missing out). Next time you go live, they’ll be more likely to tune in immediately because they don’t want to miss another great deal. Fourth, if you consistently can’t sell even at a steep discount with scarcity, that’s valuable market feedback—it tells you that you need to focus on lead acquisition and building a quality audience.
