What creative angles can I use to frame a flash sale or promotion?

You can use virtually any creative angle or theme for a sale - the specific hook doesn’t fundamentally matter as long as you have an incentive and scarcity. Examples include: a basement blowout for excess inventory, a garage sale for older work, helping people fix their boring Zoom backgrounds, seasonal themes, special occasions like National Dog Day if you paint dogs, a ‘spouse said the art has to go’ sale, a preseason sports-themed sale if you’re a fan, or simply offering pieces you’re taking off your walls. You could do a ‘I’ve been an artist for 20 years and have tons of art in my basement’ sale. Get a little creative with the framing, but don’t overthink it - just hammer it and make the offer. The creativity is just packaging for the fundamental components of incentive and time limit.
