What are the three ways to grow an art business that doesn't have a service component?

One: acquire new customers—this is what everyone focuses on and it’s very important. Two: get existing customers to come back and purchase again—the math shows this is far easier than getting a first-time buyer. Three: increase Average Order Value (AOV)—if you sell originals for $1,000, start selling for $2,000 and your AOV doubles, or offer additional items at checkout. You need to be working on all three simultaneously and all the time. Most artists only focus on number one and wonder why growth is slow.
