There are only three ways to increase online sales. Number one is increasing the number of customers - more traffic and eyeballs on your work. This is what everyone focuses on, but the other two are equally powerful and sometimes more so. Number two is increasing your average order size (AOV) - getting customers to add additional items to their purchase, like the classic ‘do you want fries with that?’ approach. Number three is increasing the number of repeat purchases - getting existing customers to buy from you again. These three levers are the only ways to grow your sales, and most artists neglect the second and third options.
