What actually drives sales during a live show event—the live video itself or something else?

Most sales don’t happen during the actual live video. The live video is really just a piece of content you’ll use later for marketing. What truly drives sales are the pre-show promotions (emailing subscribers and building FOMO—fear of missing out—so people buy before the show even starts) and the post-show extension (giving people an extra 48-72 hours after the show ends to make their decision). During the actual live show, you might only have 5-10 viewers, typically your mom, significant other, and a few friends. Don’t get caught up trying to make the live video itself perfect—focus your energy on the before and after phases.
