I create art quickly and have piles of work. I've tried galleries and working galleries but nothing seems to fit. What should I do?
The problem isn’t that nothing fits—it’s that you’re not consistently marketing regardless of which sales channel you choose. Galleries, working galleries, in-person shows—these are all valid paths, but they all require you to also do your own marketing consistently. The path forward is to: 1) Choose one or two sales channels that align with your current life situation and energy level, 2) Commit to learning and executing the basics of marketing for those channels, and 3) Stay consistent with that marketing week after week. With your prolific creation speed, you have plenty of inventory—that’s an asset. Now you need to match that creative consistency with marketing consistency. Find the tools, community, and support that will help you maintain that marketing effort even when you don’t feel like it.
