How should I structure my yearly art business marketing and sales activities?

Think of your art business like a typewriter moving across a page. Your year should follow a consistent rhythm: normal marketing activities, then a sale; normal marketing, then a sale; and so on throughout the year. When you reach the end of the year, you start the cycle over again. This pattern of regular marketing punctuated by sales events is fundamental to how a successful art business operates and always has been.
