How does acquiring low-price-point customers lead to high-value sales later?

When you acquire customers through low-price items like stickers, calendars, or tote bags, you gain their contact information for future marketing. More importantly, they interact with your artwork regularly—for example, seeing a sticker on their refrigerator every day for years. You stay top of mind. Two years later, when they move or get a vacation home, they think of you first for wall art. That $5 sticker customer can become a $7,500 sale or a 5-piece, 16-piece collection sale. This is how high-end art is actually sold in the real world, but no one talks about it enough. It never would have happened if you hadn’t acquired that customer initially.
