How do I run a flash sale to sell my art online?

Running a flash sale is incredibly simple and requires no perfect setup. Grab a piece of your art, turn on your phone, go live on Facebook or Instagram (wherever you have the most following - even your personal page works), and talk about the piece. Discuss your inspiration, where you were when you created it, mention it’s signed and ready to hang, state what it normally sells for, and offer it at a discount for the duration of the video or a short time window. For payment, just tell people to send you a direct message, email you, use PayPal or Venmo, or even call you. You don’t need a perfect landing page, payment forms set up in advance, or any special software. The value is in actually going live and offering the piece - all the other details are the 20% that don’t matter. You should run thousands of these over time.
