How can I make it easier for customers to buy my art online after they've seen it in person?
Create a simple instructional brochure or card that walks customers through the buying process step-by-step. Include clear instructions: pick the media type, pick the size, pick the finishing options, frame or not frame. If you offer other products like apparel or home goods, explain how to find those too. Hand these out when people visit in person but aren’t ready to buy immediately. Everything is about making it easier for a customer to buy your art. The simpler and clearer you make the process, the more likely they’ll complete the purchase later.
