How can I increase my average order value when someone is already buying from me?

Offer additional products before and after checkout. Before someone completes their purchase of a large print, ask if they want to add a related item like a photo book, a smaller companion print, or merchandise. After their credit card processes, show a landing page asking if they want to add anything else to their order at a special price. This is much easier when you have non-wall-art items like merchandise in your lineup. Think of retail stores that put impulse items at the checkout—magazines, candy, phone chargers. They’re raising their average order value, and you should too. Even a small addition to each order significantly increases your annual revenue.
