What are the core media types I should be offering as a standard?

You should offer at minimum five core media types: one photo paper (semi-gloss or gloss as your cheapest option), one fine art paper (smoother finish), one canvas, one metal, and one acrylic. Wood is optional - you can skip it if it truly doesn’t work with your images, but try to offer it. These are the standard fine art and photography media types that consumers are buying across every venue. By offering all of these, you’re not limiting your market to only people who happen to want the one or two types you personally prefer. This isn’t anecdotal - it’s empirical data showing that offering these core types dramatically improves conversion rates and total sales.
