What if I only sell originals? Is that okay?

It’s okay, but why would you want to go into a fight with one arm tied behind your back? You need different price points so people across the spectrum can purchase from you. Offering only originals limits your audience to those who can afford high prices. By adding prints, merchandise, and other products, you give more people the chance to buy, build relationships, and potentially buy bigger pieces later. You’re also leaving money on the table and limiting your growth.
