Save all your AI-generated story content as files in organized folders. You can export them as PDFs, ask the AI to save as a canvas, artifact, or markdown depending on which tool you’re using. If you don’t know how, simply ask the AI ‘How can I save that as a file?’ and it will guide you. Create a project or folder (different AI tools call them projects, gems, etc.) labeled something like ‘My Story’ and store all your origin story, why-I-create story, individual piece stories, and bio versions there. Once you have these context files saved, you never start from zero again. Every time you interact with AI for your art business—writing emails, social posts, collector communications, website copy—you can reference these files. The AI will immediately know who you are, your story, and why you create, making every output more authentic and impactful.
