How should I organize my research when looking for potential giveaway partners?

Start a spreadsheet or Google Doc because you’re going to be contacting hundreds of accounts—not ten. Create tabs for different subject matter niches and sub-niches. For each account, include columns for: the account name, number of followers, whether you’ve followed/subscribed, the date you reached out, how many times you contacted them, and how you did it. Spend hours, days, or weeks finding accounts. The research itself is an art form that will make you better at marketing and more informed generally. Get good at going down rabbit holes and finding communities that dovetail with each other and ones outside your initial scope. Having a system keeps you organized when you’re contacting large numbers of accounts.
