Why do I struggle to execute marketing campaigns even when I have a plan?

This is the ‘yeah yeah yes’ problem. You say you’re going to run a big sale like Mother’s Day—you have the calendar, the playbooks, the training, everything you need—but when the sale actually happens, you phone in the effort. You change the recommended language, post far less than outlined, launch late, or skip steps entirely. This isn’t anyone’s fault; life happens, marketing is hard, you have a full-time job and kids, you’re still learning, and you have mental baggage around being ‘salesy.’ The first thing that suffers when you get busy is marketing. The real issue is that these missed opportunities never come back. Once Mother’s Day passes, you’ve lost that chance to make an impact, build your list, and acquire new customers. The solution is recognizing that consistency—marketing regularly without fail—is the number one reason art businesses grow or don’t grow.
