Why do I need to constantly recalibrate my approach in my art business?

Every entrepreneur needs to regularly recalibrate their compass—usually about once a month. You’ll be executing consistently, then you take stock and realize you’ve been spending time on activities that were complete wastes. This is normal and necessary. You recalibrate to get your compass back on true north, focusing on what actually matters. Then you execute again, and the cycle repeats. The repetition of hearing core business concepts isn’t redundant—it’s essential for this recalibration process. Each time you hear fundamental principles, you’re able to assess where you’ve drifted and course-correct before too much time is wasted.
