Why do artists who are solopreneurs struggle more with staying consistent?
The biggest struggle every artist and photographer faces is working consistently on marketing. For solopreneurs, this is compounded because they don’t have anyone else to tell them that their suffering and lack of results is normal. They don’t have teammates, managers, or mentors reassuring them that what they’re experiencing—slow results despite consistent effort—is part of the process. Without that external validation and support, they’re more likely to quit right when they should keep pushing through. This isolation makes the time horizon trap even more dangerous for solo artists.
