Why can't I succeed as a solo artist entrepreneur working completely alone?

You will almost guarantee failure if you try to go it alone as a solo entrepreneur. You need to surround yourself with other artists and photographers who are running similar businesses and who are doing better than you. You become the average of the five closest people in your field that you surround yourself with. When you’re isolated, you struggle with questions and problems that are commonly and easily solved by others who are even just moderately successful. Working with a community of peers gives you access to knowledge, support, and perspective that’s impossible to develop on your own. You need people to bounce questions off of and share information with, so you’re not making poor decisions alone on an island.
