What should I do if I don't know whether my art will sell?

There’s only one way to find out: get it out there and market it consistently. There are no guarantees that your art will sell, no guarantees about how much you’ll sell, and no guarantees about what will resonate with buyers. But here’s the one thing that is guaranteed: if you don’t get your work out there, no one will knock on your door, call you, or email you to buy it. You’ll never know if it would have been a hit. The only way to discover what sells, what resonates, and what your niche might be is to consistently put your work in front of people and see what happens. Sitting with doubt and insecurity accomplishes nothing. Action and consistency are the only paths to discovering whether your work will find an audience.
