What happens if I create art that doesn't sell when I take it to market?

Most successful artists make it with work that’s completely different from what they originally started creating. If your current work doesn’t sell, that’s just market feedback—it’s not the end of the world or proof you should give up. Don’t get deflated. Many artists never even take their work to market to find out. Test it, get feedback, and if it doesn’t sell, pivot to different work. The key is actually putting it out there and learning what the market wants, then adapting.
