What are the realistic odds of success if I commit to not quitting my art business?
The vast majority of artists quit—they quit in one month, three months, or six months, then often come back a year or two later and the cycle repeats. They have wrong expectations and approach it incorrectly. If you simply manage this process properly and don’t quit, you will win. The differentiation between those who make it and those who don’t is just showing up consistently. Like investing in retirement at 25 or reading an hour daily, the difference is made by those who just keep going. Your competition quits, so as long as you keep showing up and working at it, you’re already ahead of most people.
