Should I ask experienced people to look at my art and tell me if it will sell?

No. Stop asking people to look at your work and judge whether it will sell. Nobody can tell you whether your art will sell because that’s the completely wrong mindset about how business works. You’re asking as if you’ll just upload it to a website passively and the market will decide. That’s the exact opposite of how selling art works. You have to get it out there, market it, and sell it. If you can’t do that, you’ll never have a business. Don’t fool yourself by seeking validation from others - go out and actually try to sell it. That’s the only validation that matters. Sell it to a stranger (not mom, dad, or your best friend), and then you’ll have your answer.
