How many hours per day do I need to spend running an art business online?

There’s no magic number of hours. What matters far more than the hours is mentally committing to put in consistent effort 48-50 weeks per year. Write yourself a mental check that you’ll show up regularly, week after week. When you do this, the business will start growing, your emotional gas tank fills up from seeing results, and you’ll naturally end up spending more hours than you initially planned because you’re getting traction. It’s about the consistency and the mental commitment more than hitting a specific daily hour count. Some days will be more, some less, but you must keep the doors open year-round.
