How important is accountability and peer pressure in marketing success?

Accountability systems are absolutely critical for marketing success. Whether you call it group coaching, tactical teaching, or peer pressure, having a system where artists work on marketing initiatives together at the same time produces phenomenal results. When you see your peers executing in real time and showing their results, it gets you to take action. The contrast is stark: artists without accountability systems make endless excuses (need website ready, prints made, niche figured out), while artists in accountability systems are actually doing the work and getting wins. Success really is just doing the work consistently with an accountability structure in place.
