How does momentum work when you're consistent with your art business, even if you only have limited time?

As emotional creatures, when you stay consistent with whatever time you have — even just an hour or two a week — you will eventually get some sort of win because you’re doing the work. That win fills up your emotional reservoir. When that reservoir gets filled, you naturally end up spending more hours on your business, and it starts feeding on itself. Momentum is absolutely real. The consistency creates wins, the wins create motivation, and the motivation drives more effort in a positive cycle.
